Mission
Physical preparation is essential for improving performance and reducing the likelihood of injury. With Mach 1's Team Performance Training, you will improve every aspect of athletic performance, such as, your footwork, running mechanics, speed, strength, power output, mobility, and conditioning.
Whether you are new to the weight room or have years of experience in the weight room, we have a program for you! Our Mach 1 program is progressive to develop your physical and mental toughness all while prioritizing movement quality which develops confidence and capability on and off the field.

Looking to train where you play? We will meet you on your home turf to give you a home field advantage for your training.
Inquire for pricing for team training options. Team training can be conducted in house at Mach 1 Barbell or under certain circumstances, off site where the team may gather to practice, play, or prepare if conditions and scheduling allows.
