Programs available for High School, and Middle School athletes looking to take their athletic career to the next level!

Program Duration: 1/5/2026 - 3/6/2026

Group 1: Ages 8-13

 

Schedule: Monday - Thursday 6pm-7pm

Friday 5pm-6pm

Standard Registration by: January 5, 2026

$350 for 2 Days per Week (In Season)

$500 for Unlimited Classes (Off Season)

Late Sign Ups w/Prorated Rates Available

Group 2: Ages 14-17

Schedule: Monday -Thursday 7pm-8pm

Friday 6pm-7pm

Mission

Physical preparation is essential for improving performance and reducing the likelihood of injury. Over the course of this program, you will improve your footwork, running mechanics, strength, power output, mobility, and conditioning.

 

Whether you are new to the weight room or have years of experience in the weight room, we have a program for you! Our Mach 1 program is progressive to develop your physical and mental toughness all while prioritizing movement quality which develops confidence and capability on and off the field.

Unlimited Class Program

Our unlimited class program is the all-inclusive training package. We recommend this option for any athlete who is in an off or pre season to maximize progress!

2 Day Class Program

Our two day program is more flexible for those busy  schedules. We recommend this option for athletes that are in season to maintain progress made in the pre season.
