Mission
Physical preparation is essential for improving performance and reducing the likelihood of injury. Over the course of this program, you will improve your footwork, running mechanics, strength, power output, mobility, and conditioning.
Whether you are new to the weight room or have years of experience in the weight room, we have a program for you! Our Mach 1 program is progressive to develop your physical and mental toughness all while prioritizing movement quality which develops confidence and capability on and off the field.
Unlimited Class Program
Our unlimited class program is the all-inclusive training package. We recommend this option for advanced athletes or athletes that are not active with a summer season sport. Classes will be Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.
2 Day Class Program
Our two day program is more flexible for those busy summer schedules. We recommend this option for athletes that are involved with a summer season sport, summer classes, or may be traveling. Classes will be Mondays, Wednesdays, and/or Fridays. We recommend Monday and Wednesday and having Friday as a make up option as needed
