Mach 1 Barbell
The challenge will consist of 3 timed events:
Rowing: (10 mins) Each partner will row 5 minutes each as far as possible
Deadlift: (10 mins) You and your partner build to a heavy 1 rep deadlift
Medley: (10 mins) Both teammates will alternate between doing 10 KB swings and 10 pushups.
