10 Week Sport Performance

Summer Athlete Training

Two and Three Day Programs available for Collegiate, High School, and Middle School athletes looking to take their athletic career to the next level!

College Athletes: June 3rd - August 9th
 
Schedule: Mon, Wed, Fri 7am-8am
 
Early Bird Registration by: May 20th, 2024
$15 per session
($18/session after 5/20)

High School: June 24th - August 30th

 

Schedule: Mon, Wed, Fri 8am-9am

 

Early Bird Registration by: June 10th, 2024

$15 per session

($18/session after 6/10)

Middle School: June 24th - August 30th

 

Schedule: Mon, Wed, Fri 9am-10am

Mission

Physical preparation is essential for improving performance and reducing the likelihood of injury. Over the course of 10 weeks, you will improve your footwork, running mechanics, strength, power output, mobility, and conditioning.

 

Whether you are new to the weight room or have years of experience in the weight room, we have a program for you! Our Mach 1 program is progressive to develop your physical and mental toughness all while prioritizing movement quality which develops confidence and capability on and off the field.

3 Day program

Our three day program is the all-inclusive training package. We recommend this option for advanced athletes or athletes that are not active with a summer season sport. Classes will be Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.

2 Day program

Our two day program is more flexible for those busy summer schedules. We recommend this option for athletes that are involved with a summer season sport, summer classes, or may be traveling. Classes will be Mondays, Wednesdays, and/or Fridays. We recommend Monday and Wednesday and having Friday as a make up option as needed
