About the event + Schedule
The Grand Openinig Lift Off is the perfect time to see Mach 1 Barbell's new facility in action! Throughout the day we will have 30 minute demos of all of our classes, the ability to work hands on with Dr. RJ (Doctor of Physical Therapy), and, if you're up for the challenge, test your might and try to earn a "1,000lb club" t-shirt.
If you're interested in tryin a demo of our classes, you'll need to RSVP with a ticket to the class you'd like to try. There is no limit, so you can get tickets to all classes!
If you plan on on coming in to see the facility, do some hands on soft tissue work with RJ, or for anyting else then no RSVP is required. Bring your friends as it will be a party and there will be concessions available, music playing, and overall great times to…
